Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, but please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 3-10 business days.
How do I track my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive your tracking information, but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
Returns
What’s your return & exchange policy?
All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Customers have 2 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
You will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee.
Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?
Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order.
